In Colonial America, Tom stuffs Jerry into a paper airplane made out of the Declaration of Independence that Thomas Jefferson just wrote on July 4, 1776, and frantically tries to get it back before Thomas Jefferson kicks his tail but as usual, the mouse and Redcoat dog Spike make the task difficult for him.
