Wallace Michael Shawn (born November 12, 1943) is an American actor, voice artist, comedian, playwright, and essayist who is known for voicing Rex from the Toy Story franchise, Principle Mazur from A Goofy Movie and Gilbert Huph from The Incredibles. He voices Barnacle Paul in Tom and Jerry: Shiver Me Whiskers.
