"Cast Away Tom" is the thirty-third episode of Tom & Jerry Kids written by Pat Ventura.

Tom is adrift on a wooden raft in the middle of the ocean with only a bean to feed him As he tosses the bean in the air a fish flies up to eat it only to be eaten by another fish that files in the air. Several fish eating fish later, Tom is left with no food, and starts sobbing. In his despair, Tom sees an island in the distance and paddles towards the island. Crashing into the island, Tom's raft is destroyed but a very hungry Tom sees a family of pelican. He sneaks up and captures the straggling baby pelican. The mother pelican cries for help and is answered by Jerry as a Tarzan-esque, jungle mouse, complete with flowing, brown mullet hair. Jerry rescues the pelican and returns him to momma. Tom is not please, but spots a seagulls nest and heads towards the now unguarded egg. Sneaking to the nest, Tom grabs the egg, but Momma seagull sees this and begins to chase Tom and her egg. She grabs Tom by the tail, but the egg flies from Tom's hands into the air. The seagull lets Tom loose with a snap as she sees her egg descending about to hit the ground, only to be rescued at the last minute by Jungle Mouse Jerry. Tom tired of the birds, begins to go wild and chase Jerry. Tom eventually captures Jerry, but Jerry does his Tarzan call that gets all the jungle animals' attention. The animals find Tom and chase him off the island and Jerry and the animals return to the Jungle to celebrate.
