Blue Pirate Bob is one of the pirate brothers in Tom and Jerry: Shiver Me Whiskers. He is dressed in blue as his name implies. His brothers (and enemies) are Ron and Paul, though he appears to have a greater sense of caution than the other two, as he advised Ron not to persue the treasure upon learning the true nature of the disputed map.. Bob makes his first appearance after Tom banishes Jerry from Ron's ship. He owns a parrot named Blue Parrot Betty, and she acts as his translator due to his "Yar" dialect. He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.

- His clothes are similar to Weirdbeard the Pirate that appears in The Tom and Jerry Show (1975) episode "No Way, Stowaways".
