The Worker is first heard inside the restaurant. Tom who was abandoned by his owner and their house been demolished by the demolition crew enters the restaurant as he was hungry after looking the menu at the windows of the restaurant, the worker then confronts him and throws him out of the restaurant telling him to beat it as cats are not allowed in the restaurant and Jerry who was been outside laughs in amusement.
